We’re here because it’s in our hearts to encourage human beings! But more importantly, Women! With all that’s on our plates from being wives, moms, sisters, friends, Christians, Corporate Bosses.
We are learning to be deliberate about balancing our lives and taking time for ourselves! Sometimes a She E.O. is all of these titles and sometimes a She E.O. is just a couple of them! But what we are clear about is
our jobs are tough!
Where ever you are, we understand!
Our desire is to create a fun and safe environment where we motivate each other to be better and to push towards the best version of ourselves.
Finally, She E.O. will teach our community to celebrate women like never before! It’s a commitment, it’s going to take work and we’re ready to lead the way! We need each other and we are always more powerful, together!

Kristen believes that every single experience in our lives connects us to where we should be in each season. Kristen’s passion and hard work has lead her to be very successful as a veteran executive who has built diverse teams, achieved breakthrough results and creatively approached business in a way that increase revenue and decrease expenditures. Kristen is most proud of being selected as one of the industry’s Top women in Grocery, through Progressive Grocer! Also, Kristen is chair of the development committee for the Board of Directors at Florence Crittenton in Charlotte, NC.
Kristen holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She attended Winston-Salem State University and quickly realized there, that she had a passion for leadership in business. Kristen also is the proud author of a self-help book titled, "From Journey Not Arrival". Outside of being a leader in business, Kristen is a loving Wife of 5 years to her husband Derrick and Mother to her son (Chandler, 2 years old) and her daughter (Aubrey, 4 months old.) Kristen enjoys every moment she gets to spend with her family and also loves being an active member in her church,traveling, mentoring women and reading.

Tamara Johnson, Talent Business Partner at AvidXchange, has over 13 years’ experience working within the HR profession for small start up’s to fortune 500 companies. Mrs. Johnson is a subject matter expert in performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement. Mrs. Johnson works in AvidXchange Corporate Human Resources department where she has provided leadership support to
Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Finance and Operations. Mrs. Johnson works closely with senior leaders to develop and drive people strategies that align with business goals.
Mrs. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizations Psychology from Radford University. Tamara Johnson is a wife of 11 years and a mother to a fantastic 8-year-old boy. She is passionate about the development of other women and have recently partner with her childhood friend, Kristen Riley to provide a safe space for women to learn how to balance busy lives.
In her spare time, she loves home design. Her and her husband are professional DIYers and spend their weekends making updates to their home. She also loves to be outside and spending time with family is first on her priority list.
